We operate three branches:
Setiawangsa Branch: Providing Medical Exercise, Physiotherapy, Senior Living Care, Cancer Care Programs, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and Medical Check-up Services.
Bangsar Branch: Providing Medical Exercise, Physiotherapy, Senior Living Care, Cancer Care Programs, Spine Rehabilitation, and Medical Check-up Services.
USJ Taipan Branch: Providing Sports Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning Training, Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET), Cold Water Immersion, and Advanced High Tech Strength and Power Assessment.
2. Eligibility
Our services is eligible to everyone. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental/guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Appointments
– All services provided require a scheduled appointment.
– You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
4. Fees and Payment
– Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
– We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallet, and installment payment plan via any Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform.
– Fees for services may vary by branch and the type of service provided. Please consult with our staff for details.
5. Health and Safety Compliance
– You are required to disclose any relevant medical history or conditions to our staff prior to receiving services.
– We reserve the right to decline services if we believe that it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that every exercise program, physical activity and medical procedures involves certain inherent risks. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless IDEAL Health Centre/IDEAL Rehab Lab from any liability for any injury or damage sustained while receiving services.
