1. Medical Exercise, Physiotherapy, Strength& Conditioning and Medical Checkups:
– Due to the nature of our services, which involve personalized care and time-sensitive appointments, we do not typically offer refunds for medical exercise sessions, physiotherapy treatments, or medical checkups.
2. Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
– Service unavailability or cancellation by IDEAL HEALTH CENTER/IDEAL REHAB LAB.
– Demonstrable extenuating circumstances preventing the patient from attending or completing a scheduled
appointment.
3. Requesting a Refund:
– To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 013-2063320 (Bangsar Branch), 013- 6915052 (Setiawangsa Branch) or 011-21293692 (USJ Taipan Branch) within 24 hours of missed appointment.
– Provide details of your appointment, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
4. Refund Processing:
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.
– Any refunds processed will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
